  • Consulting a Healthcare Startup to develop a strategy for acquiring new clients; understanding the regulatory requirements; building a pipeline of potential customers through research & networking

    • Used insights from data analytics tool Power BI to increase monthly active users from 3% to 6%
    • Analyzed Mail Chimp data and implemented actions to increase open rates from under 9% to over 12%
